What Is the Light the Church Initiative?
Light the Church is a community-supported program that helps churches enhance their visibility, safety, and curb appeal through
Permanent Roofline Lighting.
Instead of selling lighting directly to churches, we help members, families, businesses, and supporters fund the project together — creating a lasting improvement with no strain on church budgets.
This is not temporary décor.
It’s long-term infrastructure with lasting impact.

For Pastors & Church Leadership
The Light the Church Initiative allows churches to receive permanent exterior lighting without pulling from ministry budgets.
There is:
No obligation to participate
No upfront cost
No pressure to fundraise internally
Once selected, we help organize a community-supported fundraising campaign that covers the full cost of professional design and installation.

Matt Peavy
President/Supervisor
Tec Arm, LLC was founded with a simple goal: to use lighting to serve people well.
As the president of Tec Arm, I specialize in permanent roofline and exterior lighting designed to enhance buildings with care, precision, and long-term reliability. What started as a technical skill quickly became a way to help churches and communities stand out, feel safer, and look welcoming after dark.
I believe lighting should be done right — clean installs, evenly spaced fixtures, quality materials, and honest communication. No shortcuts. No pressure. Just work I’m proud to put my name on.
The Light the Church Initiative grew out of that same mindset. Churches already give so much to their communities, and I wanted to create a way for people to give something lasting back — without putting strain on church budgets.
Every project is personally overseen, and every church is treated with respect, transparency, and care.
